The Danish Transport and Construction Agency is responsible for planning and co-ordinating public transport, and is furthermore in charge of the administration of public procurement through organising tenders for the operation of railway and ferry transport services on behalf of the Danish Government.
The Danish Transport and Construction Agency governs the public transport sector on behalf of the Danish Ministry of Transport and Building and is engaged in national as well as international commitments.
