If you have experienced a delay, a cancellation or you have been denied boarding, you may be entitled to compensation from the airline. Firstly, you must complain directly to the airline. However, if you are not satisfied with their reply; you can forward a complaint to the Danish Transport, Construction and Housing Authority.
In order to process your complaint, please have the following documents ready when submitting a complaint:
- A copy of the correspondence with the airline
- A copy of the travel documents (boarding pass or ticket) for all the passengers listed in the complaint.
- Power of attorney for travel companions
- Receipts for expenses incurred due to lack of care (if any)
