Kære alle flyvelæger
Trafikstyrelsen er blevet opmærksom på, at ikke alle tilsyneladende er klar over, at ved opdatering af EU-forordning 1178/2011 med forordning 2024/2076, kom der en væsentlig ændring i kravene til udførsel af audiometri.
FØR var kravet som følger:

(a) Examination
(1) Applicants’ hearing shall be tested at all examinations.
(i) For a class 1 medical certificate, and for a class 2 medical certificate when an instrument rating or en route instrument rating is to be added to the licence, hearing shall be tested with pure-tone audiometry at the initial examination, then every 5 years until the licence holder reaches the age of 40 and then every 2 years thereafter.
Med implementeringen af 2024/2076 den 13. februar 2025 blev kravet følgende:

(a) Examination
(1) Applicants’ hearing shall be tested at all examinations.
(i) For a class 1 medical certificate, and for a class 2 medical certificate when an instrument rating or a basic instrument rating is to be added to the licence, hearing shall be tested with pure-tone audiometry at the initial examination, then every 5 years until the licence holder reaches the age of 40, and then every 2 years until the licence holder reaches the age of 60 and every year thereafter.

Som I kan se er det en MEGET væsentlig ændring, som har betydning for de +60 årige som er class 1 eller class 2 (IR).
I bedes venligst være opmærksom på, hvorvidt I har ansøgere, der har for lang løbetid på deres audiometri og få tilrettet deres MC.
Denne problemstilling bekræfter vigtigheden af, at I jævnligt orienterer jer i gældende forordning on-line, og ikke har uddaterede udgaver liggende på computer eller som hard-copy.
Det vil et fokuspunkt for Trafikstyrelsen ved tilsyn af indsendte sager, hvorvidt ovenstående krav er opfyldte.
